Feature Narratives
When a time-tumbler, on a mission to capture a sample of today's air, accidentally lands in the middle of a wedding reception, he discovers that he's been there all night long. Trouble is, he can only stay for 11 minutes at a time. His search for why he continues to return, despite personal hardships, becomes obvious when one of the lovely bridesmaids says "yes" to a question that he must have asked previously in the evening. This sends him bouncing around for 11-minute segments throughout the course of the two-hour reception. He is determined to find the question to which he already has the answer.

A documentary film about Sherman Arch, who began protecting iguanas on his personal property in the early 80's after realizing that the population of the creatures was dwindling due to excessive hunting. Now, 27 years later he has over 3,500 iguanas roaming his 10-acre 'farm' and he continues to educate and entertain thousands of visitors each year about the dangers of over-hunting and poaching that threatens these animals' existence on the island. Midwest Premiere
Feature Documentaries
The Atom Smashers chronicles the international competition to find a subatomic particle so important it's been called "the god particle." Top U.S. physicists search for it using the Tevatron, a cantankerous 40-year old machine four miles long buried beneath the Illinois prairie. They're close to making the discovery of a lifetime. But a new, more powerful European machine is poised to come online soon, and when U.S. science budgets are slashed, Fermilab scientists learn that the Tevatron will close just as Europe's machine is scheduled to activate. This fantastic documentary is equal parts science and human drama, watching its amiable characters work and live in and out of the laboratory, examining the intersection between science, politics and culture on an international scale.
Feature Narratives
As sweet and as vulgar as Zack and Miri Make a Porno, The Auteur is the story of the renowned porn director Arturo Domino, the creative genius behind adult films of the 70's and 80's. Hoping to revive his sagging career, Arturo has arrived in Portland, Oregon to receive a Lifetime Achievement award at a film festival. Unfortunately, Portland is also the home of his only true love, Fiona. Encountering crazed fans, former collaborators, bitter enemies, and free-loving hippies, we follow Arturo as he frantically attempts to raise money for the film that could put him back on top: Gang Bangs of New York.
Feature Documentaries
Living together in a converted school bus, a diverse group of artists, filmmakers, and musicians set out to fill in our national narrative. They ended up with a road movie like no other, featuring Dead Prez, Oliver Stone, guerilla poster artist Robbie Conal, and Hurricane Katrina survivors of New Orleans' 9th Ward. Follow the LAFCO (Los Angeles Filmmakers Cooperative) crew as they search for, and find, pockets of change in the most downtrodden parts of America. From Venice Beach to Brooklyn, New York, through the Southwestern desert to the deep south, this is a portrait of the United States seldom seen in the mass media.
